Disliked: The only minor incident was called for room service and they said would calm me back I then went down to the bar and 1 hour and half later

Feels like home.

Liked: Julie was an absolute breath of fresh air. Making you feel welcome the moment you walked in the door. Check in was swift, room is clean, bed is comfortable, tea and coffee in room. Nothing to complain about for the price or location. Breakfast was good for £13.00.
Disliked: I’m not from U.K. So having to pay for parking is ridiculous.

Liked: Great staff, gym has the necessary equipment, restaurant has great breakfast, quiet rooms
Disliked: Location is a bit far from the tube station, we had to catch an Uber each time we needed to go there and back

Comfortable two-night stay for a...

Liked: Range of choice for breakfast, helpful staff willing to offer solutions, clean facilities throughout. Would have scored higher had we had a chance to use the spa facilities.
