Good clean room. Bathroom was very clean and towels were spotless.

Liked: Very courteous staff. Even though I got stuck in the lift everyone was so helpful.

Disliked: Such an uncomfortable bed. Room too hot unless leaving air con on throughout the night. Late night noise on corridor

Liked: The location was great, in a quiet area and in easy walk to Bournemouth Town centre and sea front.The hotel staff were very welcoming on arrival,room was great,very clean.Breakfast was good,lots of choice.
Disliked: I found the mattress a little firm,however I slept really well.

Liked: The location is excellent, the hotel is clean, and all essential services are nearby. It's also conveniently close to both the city center and the beach. I truly hope it maintains this level of quality
