Good clean room. Bathroom was very clean and towels were spotless.

Liked: Very courteous staff. Even though I got stuck in the lift everyone was so helpful.

Nice hotel in a good...

Liked: Easy to find and park, the hotel had nice welcoming staff at reception. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast was a buffet with a wide range of things to choose from, and the seating area is pleasant.
Disliked: The view from our room was uninspiring. The elevator is very slow and we used the stairs mostly instead.

Liked: Amazing location with close proximity both to the town centre and the beach. Lovely staff members, rooms are nice and clean and enjoyable experience in the restaurant
Disliked: No bath in the rooms

Disliked: Parking - £15 per night is a lot, most of the hotels have parking included, and the maximum I am usually charged extra is £5. £15 pounds in a rip-off, and on top of that, you are charged on arrival, but they don't give you a guarantee that you will have a space to park. Even if you paid.There was only 1 lift working, and in the morning, it was used by the cleaning team. We had to use stairs up to the 5 th floor.

Disliked: Car park not big enough public parking should not be allowed here Being asked if we had booked a table for dinner when Clearly the restaurant was half empty seemed a pointless a question

Liked: Good lighting and three chairs in the room .easy parking .friendly staff making us feel welcomed and important to them.
Disliked: Window opening further for fresh air would be good.everything else was fine
