Good clean room. Bathroom was very clean and towels were spotless.

Liked: Very courteous staff. Even though I got stuck in the lift everyone was so helpful.

Liked: Room was clean, comfortable and modern. There was a lot of choice for breakfast and they catered for a gluten free diet.
Disliked: Charge for parking the car there.

Fantastic hotel

Liked: Room was so clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were amazing. Absolutely nothing too much trouble. Stayed for a weekend but quite happily could have stayed a week. Friendliest hotel I've ever stayed in. Couldn't say one thing wrong about it.
Disliked: I could find nothing at all negative about this hotel. I couldn't find a parking space and need disabled for Mom. I went to desk and asked and a lovely gentleman came outside and showed me where I could park literally right outside the reception
