Good clean room. Bathroom was very clean and towels were spotless.

Liked: Very courteous staff. Even though I got stuck in the lift everyone was so helpful.

Liked: The property boasts a highly advantageous location, and the room was impeccably maintained.
Disliked: Ugh, the smell when you first got in here. The AC was on, and it just had that musty smell, you know? And this hotel chain always has issues with the showers. There's never enough screen to keep from flooding the bathroom when you use it.

Liked: Comfortable bed, good size room. It was very quite, so got a really good nights sleep. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Check in was a little slow, but sometimes this happens.

Liked: Really good evening meal, parking available on site
Disliked: We had issues with the electrics in our room. The staff were helpful and opened another room so we could take a shower.

Disliked: Dinner food was well below par. We ordered 3 starer and it wasn't good. We paid and didn't make a complaint but it wasn't good. We paid £15.50 for car parking for one night which is too much for hotel guest.
