Holiday Inn Boise Airport

Wasn't a nice place to...

Liked: Nothing special
Disliked: No pool after 9Waited a half hour to check in No contental breakfast had to pay Selection of snacks was not good And the for the most part no swimming pool after 9pm so my kid didnt get to swim

Comfy beds and 3 min...

Liked: Close to airport, nice size room
Disliked: Parking lot isn’t big enough. Every area of lobby was under construction so it was dusty and lots of tarps hanging around to cover things.

I would stay there again....

Liked: It was very roomy with a sitting room. Easy access to get to. Has a dining room and food was good and breakfast was awesome.
Disliked: The 2nd elevator was out of commission and they had renovations going on and the workers were using the only working elevator so it took awhile to get an elevator.

Exceptional

Liked: The beds were comfy and close to the location I needed to be for a concert i was attending.

Disliked: The phone didn’t work and couldn’t call front desk. None of the tvs worked and the beds were very uncomfortable. The bathroom door didn’t shut all the way either.

Liked: Beds, breakfast.
Disliked: Carpet in room was worn.

Disliked: Hotel needs to be renovated !!

Exceptional

Liked: Very comfortable and cosy feeling, 24/7 little shop for needs like pain medication and snacks, and very kind staff!
Disliked: Really thin walls, could hear the guy next doors TV at full blast for at least 7 hours.
