Liked: The employee that worked the bar/cafe area on Saturday morning was the friendliest employee that we encountered during our stay.
Disliked: The cleanliness, including the odor of the hotel and the room were awful. There were crumbs on the pullout sofa bed, so much so that I had to lift the mattress and shake them off.When I asked for linens and additional pillows for the bed, it seemed to inconvenience the front desk. It took about 30 minutes for her to bring linens to the room and then she told me that I’d need to ask for a blanket/comforter upon our return to the hotel later that evening. When I returned, the employee seemed to want me to carry it to the room (though I was carrying a bag and a car seat with a child in it already).Additionally, the telephone in our room was nearly impossible to hear the person on the other end, regardless of volume. It was more efficient to go down ti the front desk to have our needs met, which is far less convenient.The breakfast was subpar. Even fast food is better than what was served at this hotel. Aside from the waffles and bagels, much of the food could have been plastic food. Tasteless and tough to chew.

over all it was a...

Disliked: We stayed there 3 seperate times during a couple weeks period. I was given a room one time that had a toilet ventilation problem. Sewer gases were leaking into the room. We couldn't smell them in the bedroom and were too tired and had too little time to bother requesting a change of rooms. The other 2 times I made sure we were not put back in that same room.
