Liked: Perfect location, very good breakfast, excellent staff.
Disliked: No ventilation in room resulting being stuffy and smelly, no extractor in bathroom, no toilet brush, no mini fridge. Also, the next day I booked and paid for the room on non-refund basis, I received an email from hotel that there are on going works at the hotel as it is being refurbished. It was not value for money, too expensive for such a room.

Liked: Everything was nearly perfect. The employees were so friendly, and especially I’m thanking to Mr. Gunay, Mr. Presence, Mrs. Rushita, Mr. Ramone and Ms. Selen, as my family. I’m recommending this hotel to everyone.

Liked: Location - just few steps away from Russell Square
Disliked: The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Our first night was spent in a room with a broken air conditioner, and on the second day we were moved to another room that didn’t even have a fridge.
