Liked: The fact it was a 10 minute walk from Saint pancreas station
Disliked: The room was dirty had cracks all in the wall. The bathroom was old and dated it stunk of weed. The waitress in the restaurant spoke to me like I was something she stood in me and my son had a burger each and it tasted like it was microwaved. this day and age you expect at least air-conditioning in a room there was none on a really hot night could’ve done with it.

Liked: Reception and dining room staff very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the shower nice and powerful. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The bedroom was very small. We asked for a twin room, disappointed we were allocated a double. Our room had a strong smell of smoke on arrival. We felt housekeeping downplayed our concerns - but did spray the room. My husband asked for more sweeteners (he’s diabetic) from the housekeeper, she was so rude repeating loudly no, no, no’. Have no idea what her problem was - but certainly not appropriate behaviour! We did report this incident to reception.

Room was not value for...

Liked: Perfect location, very good breakfast, excellent staff.
Disliked: No ventilation in room resulting being stuffy and smelly, no extractor in bathroom, no toilet brush, no mini fridge. Also, the next day I booked and paid for the room on non-refund basis, I received an email from hotel that there are on going works at the hotel as it is being refurbished. It was not value for money, too expensive for such a room.

Liked: Everything was nearly perfect. The employees were so friendly, and especially I’m thanking to Mr. Gunay, Mr. Presence, Mrs. Rushita, Mr. Ramone and Ms. Selen, as my family. I’m recommending this hotel to everyone.
