Poor management, terrible attitude towards...

Disliked: A standard room was provided instead of twin room which i specified. Manager was blaming me for the error. Room was update for a up charge. But they attempted to charge me twice!

Liked: Hardly anything. I liked to leave the hotel in the morning.
Disliked: The air condition in the room did not work which is not acceptable. At outdoor temperature of nearly 30 degrees C, combined with humidity in the room and musty smell, the experience was just awful. As I was rushing to an event in the evening, I used the room to take a shower and change. Needless to say, I left the hotel completely soaked. Once I came back at night, I requested a change of the room. The person at the reception seemed to try to help, but seemed to be a bit lost at the same time. First promised to find another room with working AC, then decided there were no other rooms available. Finally, found a room only when threatened that we would resign and request reimbursement. Eventually, I could relocate to a room with working AC, but this should not have happened in the first place and once it happened the change of the room should not have taken so long in the middle of the night.

Great location, comfortable stay.

Liked: Excellent staff. Super helpful and very understanding. We came from a horrific time at another hotel in London. We checked in out of the blue, really late, but the person at reception was super helpful. Apologies, I have forgotten his name.
Disliked: There’s a space that’s under construction next door. The works started early which did disturb us in the morning. Luckily we were up early most mornings but I’d imagine it would be very annoying for someone trying to sleep in on their holiday.

Disliked: We were shown to a small room that resembled a hostel room on arrival. We asked to be moved and were given a better room. Bed was small

Relaxed family stay

Liked: The location is perfect. We did not need to take any public transportation and we visited every touristic landmark. The staff at breakfast were very helpful starting with Nejla, Anu and Raquele. Internet was good. Housekeeping was very good. We were simply satisfied.
Disliked: We could not lock the wheels of the single beds. There was a misunderstanding between us, the front desk and the maintenance staff. But it’s not a big deal.
