Enjoyable stay with excellent breakfasts

Liked: Location with lots of parking. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to use the leisure facilities. Excellent breakfast and morning restaurant staff were very accommodating. Dinner in restaurant was very good.

Exceptional

Liked: The room and reception staff were lovely, not sure about the cleaners they let themselves in my daughters room and broke her chain on her door and left as if nothing had happened, no apologies never even reported to the office what they done.
Disliked: There was nothing bad about the hotel, in my opinion, no complaints.

Liked: Excellent Service, great staff very helpful. Superb breakfast & facilities - we have booked again in July 24

Liked: Excellent room, good breakfast, very comfortable bed. Polite and very helpful staff.
Disliked: We're both 80+ and it was a quite long walk to our room. Car park layout a bit odd and inconvenient.
