We will NEVER use this...

Liked: Location. Beautiful property. Like a resort.
Disliked: From the beginning, we had things happen to our room. Card keys did not work on the gate to get into property and to get into our room. The hotel gave us a QR code for a 3rd party company to charge us for the $12/night for “shopping mall parking lot”. Then the lock boxes where the room key goes into to open the door did not work to room 134. Maintenance had to break a window to get our things out of the room and into another room. Glass everywhere. We had to be careful that glass did not get caught up into our luggage gear and bags and shoes as we retrieved our things. Then, the door to our new room 158 did not work. It stayed unlock the entire night and we did not know about that. Then we learned we had a connecting door to the room and the guests next door tried to open the door. It was a good thing we had just locked it. Then the microwave destroyed our breakfast. It would not heat up at all. The microwave died on us. It was a nightmare. Maintenance was too slow in response. We waited over 30 minutes for them to respond to our issues. No manager on site; the hotel was ran by clerks only. I kept asking for a manager and the front desk clerk kept saying that there was no manager until next day. Next day came, still no manager. We have NEVER had any issues or problems with any hotel using booking.com until now. So very disappointed.

Liked: The staff was beyond helpful taking my luggage to my room because it was a long haul, and I am on oxygen
Disliked: NO USB PORTS SO MY HEARING AIDS DIDNT GET CHARGIED. THEY TAPPED MY CARD FOR 3X TIMES ROOM RATE BUT IT DID DROP OFF FAIRLY FAST.
