Liked: We stayed here visiting from L.A to attend a Dodgers spring training game. To say we absolutely loved our stay would be an understatement. We traveled with my sister’s family. I called & the kind staff was able to accommodate us with adjoining rooms centrally located to the hotel entrance & pool, which was so convenient since our elderly mother also joined us on our trip. Our rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable almost felt like we were in an apartment. My 4 year old nephew had plenty of space between both rooms, was never restless or asked to go home. In fact, after several days of being home he asked to go back to the Arizona hotel. We will definitely stay here again, and recommend it to our friends and family whenever they’re in town.

Really nice and cozy hotel...

Liked: The hotel has amazing pool and relaxation area, which is totally hidden from the outside world. Our kids loved it! The breakfast was delicios, they had a variety of fruits (not so ordinary in the U.S), fresh orange juice and salsa.We had half board for food option - when we arrived (just before 19) we found out that the kitchen was going to close at 19 that day. But they were still willing to serve us our dinner as takeaway. It was really nice of them as we were on the road all day, stuck in highway traffic jam for 2 hours and really hungry. Dinner was also very tasty!
Disliked: Early morning there was some loud noise coming either from outside or from the toilet, couldn't understand through sleep, but it still woke us up. Fortunately it was only for a short period of time.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and responsive. Beds were comfy and good suite layout for families.
Disliked: The pool was loved by my son. Could have been a little cleaner, but aware a volleyball team was staying there. The breakfast area could have used an extra wipe down as well.

Liked: Nice enough. Close the airport. They charge for parking !
Disliked: One of our rooms a/c wasn’t working. Maintenance came without tools. We went dinner. He never came back. We had a suite so the other room was able to help cool off the bedroom. The kids fell asleep so we didn’t change rooms. The next day they sorry but offered nothing else . I just don’t think they care if I ever come back .
