Liked: For traveling to Guildford, for work, great location. It's a comfortable hotel, good breakfast options and a gym/pool for a little exercise
Disliked: Having stayed a number of times for work, I've gotten used to "NO" room services - clean towels, making the bed, replacing coffee/tea etc.

Pleasant hotel in beautiful surroundings

Liked: It’s pleasant and the surrounding views are gorgeous. The room was comfortable and clean and the pool was a nice addition.
Disliked: The doors slam far too hard. Very irritating when guests come back to their rooms late- it woke us up. The hot tap was also far too hot- it almost scalded us!
