All in all, it is...

Liked: The breakfast is excellent. The people are very kind. The rooms are very comfortable. Would be nice if they had AC though.
Disliked: The swimming pool is excellent. It was so nice and warm. The gym was very good and the staff were very friendly. The hogs back is in a great location for us.

Great would stay again.

Liked: The breakfast was very good, plentiful and delicious.The room was spacious and clean.The staff were generally welcoming.The pool was easily accessible, my kids loved our times at the pool.
Disliked: The room was too warm, though a fan was provided by the hotel, there was no air conditioner.There were issues with the supply of clean towels at the pool it seemed like the washing machine had broken down.

Convenient, pretty, nice pool and...

Liked: Breakfast isn’t special but very convenient and I enjoyed the spa area alot and outdoor drinking at dinner is lovely! It’s peaceful to read and I had work to do and they have great printing facilities and very helpful reception staff !!
Disliked: Hmm maybe air con in rooms and much better coffee at breakfast

Do not stay here if...

Liked: The room was a nice size with a comfortable bed and hot shower.
Disliked: No air con so the room was like a sauna. No Fridge or bottled water provided either for £122. Smart TV did not work. Please do not stay here if it's a warm day the rooms hold the heat. Breakfast was rank do not bother.Low quality produce.

Disappointing and overpriced

Liked: Good breakfast options
Disliked: The heat in hotel was unbearable this weekend. To charge the rates you do, you would expect air conditioning for all year round comfort. The lack of in room fridges also made it very difficult to keep cool. While pool facilities were great, some of our party shortened their stay as it was unbearable in the rooms and others went home in the middle of the night and back again the next day for the comfort. If a Premier Inn can provide air conditioned rooms, a premium hotel such as this should be able to do the same. I would not book again for that reason.

Overpriced, overrated uncomfortable nights stay!

Liked: Nice looking building on the outside
Disliked: The room was nothing like the hotels website. It was tired and dated, the mattress uncomfortable and worn. The room faced out onto the road, no views of the Surrey hills as advertised, no air con so had to have the window open as it was a hot night, which was very noisy with traffic. Not at all worth the £116 room only rate for the night!
