Disappointing

Liked: Good location and size. Easy to get to. Friendly hotel staff. Nice food. Good selection of drinks.
Disliked: Room didn’t look like the one advertised. Not all advertised facilities were available. Spa area was not clean at all. Room service was only available through an app but the app was down and no phones in the room. To get room service, it was a walk to the bar each time and still charged for the tray service.

Brilliant hotel, would definitely stay...

Liked: Loved the location of the hotel, the staff were all kind and friendly and the property was quite clean and tidy. Our room was spotless. The facilities were top notch, the steam room was brilliant, the jacuzzi were spot on and the pool was also a nice touch. All was clean and the person at the desk where we got our towels from was quite helpful and polite.
Disliked: Our room was quite hot during the night which made it quite hard to fall asleep. Had the window open but wasn’t much breeze and the road outside was a bit too load so took awhile to drift off to sleep. Didn’t really spend much time watching the TV but the controller wasn’t really working properly, not sure if the batteries were running out but was quite difficult to use.
