A charming hotel, with delightful...

Liked: Greeted warm and friendly, bar staff again engaging, helpful and friendly. Dinner was excellent, we were served by Missey who always had a smile, was friendly, engaging, and attentive which added to a pleasant evening. Breakfast we were again served on by Missey who was delightful and always ready to help. A real asset to the hotel staff,
Disliked: We stayed in a double superior room which was adequate, the wardrobe space was disappointing as little space especially for hanging long items of clothing.We have an electric car which we had enormous trouble with and found the following morning the car hadn't charged so we had to try again having to leave later than planned, this was really frustrating as we had tried numerous times the previous evening even ringing the company. Another guest also had the same problem and said how frustrating it was.

Liked: The grounds and location room was clean and comfortable with lovely bath and shampoo
Disliked: Room very hot but there was a fan. Also could have had better coffee in room or coffee bags
