Very relaxing and comfortable stay

Liked: My room was stunning, spotless, cosy and comfortable. I had everything I needed. The building itself is gorgeous and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Had a lovely salad from the room service menu.
Disliked: I was in a room with an adjoining door and so I could very clearly hear the people in the room next to me at times, but I know this isn’t always something that can be helped!

Lovely comfy spacious room with...

Liked: Lovely breakfast..perfect location
Disliked: When we checked in at 2:20 in the afternoon the receptionist told us our room was ready but we can’t have it until 3 pm unless we pay £10. I thought this was ridiculous. Our room was quite difficult to get to up and downstairs as it is one of the furthest away.

A delightful surprise, a relaxing...

Liked: We needed somewhere to stay overnight between destinations. The hotel provided that and more. The staff were charming , the room comfortable and the food was great .
