Excellent, friendly staff, glorious setting

Liked: Setting, features, staff brilliant. Plenty of space to sit and take in the glorious building and grounds. Was a prom going on the kids looked amazing, even though the hotel were busy, staff had time and smiles for everyone. Restaurant evening meal was pricey but delicious. Didn’t have breakfast. Would definitely book again.
Disliked: The accessibility room we were given did not have a fridge so the water they supply was very warm, as was the milk.

Will definitely be back

Great place, but it depends...

Liked: The room was very clean & bed so comfortable.Breakfast was nice & cooked to order.
Disliked: Long walk to our room. & there was broken glass on the hall carpet (see picture taken after clean.) We reported it & some of it was cleaned up. Our large ground floor bedroom window did not have a net up, so we had to close curtains for privacy from the people looking down at us. Some of the ladies' toilets were in need of unblocking.
