Would definitely book the hotel...

Liked: Everything except booking the spa and treatments
Disliked: Trying to book and pay for spa treatments was exceptionally difficult. I was passed from pillar to post on phone calls to and from the spa to the hotel and back again, and around the spa. In the end I could be bothered to book as the spa staff were so unhelpful and disorganized in terms of bookings.

Beautiful building, shame they feel...

Liked: The building
Disliked: The fact you're charging room guests to access the pool and spa facilities, never seen this in any hotel in the world...and £30 per person is a total rip off!

Exceptional

Liked: The location and scenery
Disliked: The fact 2 beds were stuck together and you can feel the 2 beds where they meet after paying £300 for the night is just unacceptable

Rip off

Liked: The way out
Disliked: We arrived at 5pm our room still wasnt ready to then be told we had to pay extra for the spa after paying an additional £374 for us to only be aloud to use to swimming and spa fercilaties to then get kicked out after 2 hours absolute rip off. Our evening meal, we ordered steak which there was an additional cost for which we didnt mind paying. we had vegetable soup which was lovely, our fillet steak came out blue when asked for medium we then sent our food back as it wasnt how we asked for it to then make us another one that was burned all over the top as it had been rushed. Pepper corn sauce was like water. I came for a luxury stay to be greeted with two single beds pushed together. Ive woken up this morning with my back worse than when i arrived. Bare in mind I upgraded to a suite. We’ve stayed here 7 times before and it’s gradually got worseThen went for breakfast. Which was hurendous all in all £440 worse off for a stay at faulty towers never going again. Weve stayed in local hotels which blind hoarcross for a fraction of the price
