Casino odds were horrible! I won't be back for the gambling but loved the rooms and staff. The dinner buffet wasn't good - big variety and great staff but food was not good!

Disliked: Staff was rude, unkind and unhelpful.I was traveling across the country and arrived at 9:30 at night after a long and difficult all day drive, the front desk staff would not explain to me how to get to my room, she just made sarcastic comments to my questions and walked away and went into the back room, the gentleman who was there also at the front desk sent me to an elevator that was very far away down a long hall,the next day I discovered there was an elevator right next to the front desk! I guess he retaliated against me. When I tried to speak up I was told if I didn’t like how I was being treated I could just leave, which was ridiculous because it was 9:30 at night what was I going to do sleep in my car? I have traveled all over the country many times and have never encountered such rude awful staff anywhere not even close, they were mean! When I explained in detail how I was treated in the review they sent me I never heard back from anyone, they just don’t care at all, Avoid this place and those people at all costs, there are many other hotels to choose from in the area

Liked: My husband and I stayed here 13 years ago. We have raved over the years of this place. So when l brought our family, everything had changed to almost everything being closed. It was very disappointing.
Disliked: I walked around the resort, it seemed like a ghost town.

Liked: Very quiet, lots of things to do, pool/gym was great. I would love to come back and play golf when I have more time.
Disliked: The Coffee shop hours didn’t accommodate our schedule. We get up at 5am (live on the east coast) and have to wait till 6:30 before anything opens. I drove out to Sante Fe to get coffee and breakfast for the family.
