Beach is
Liked: Good location and had all we needed and didn't need to go other places
Disliked: The elevators didn't work well and one was out of order half the time. Wanted a room facing the beach with a balcony but was facing the street and no balcony

Cockroaches in hotel room
Liked: Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the staff and the manager. Unfortunately, a few days into our stay, we discovered an unwelcome guest - a cockroach - while watching TV one night. Upon closer inspection, we realized the severity of the situation. We contacted the front desk for assistance, and Ebony, a staff member, arrived in our room armed with a spray can.I informed her of my friend's breathing difficulties and the room's small size, expressing our concern about the chemicals' lingering smell. Regrettably, her response was less than professional, as she stated, "I guess I'm a different person than you are." She was unwilling to relocate us to another room, leaving us no choice but to wait until the next morning to speak with the manager.Although the manager assured us that she would address the issue, we returned to our room later to find that no action had been taken. Our complaint seemed to have been overlooked. Fortunately, Andrew, a front desk member, intervened and alerted the on-site manager, Jocelyn, who promptly moved us to a different room.Despite Jocelyn's assistance, her concern for the cockroach infestation was minimal. Throughout the rest of our stay, we encountered other inconveniences, such as a malfunctioning elevator for an entire week and a ramp to the beach undergoing renovations. The hot tub was also less than satisfactory, filled with children and leaving us concerned about cleanliness.Regrettably, due to these experiences, we have decided not to return to this hotel.
