Hilton New York Fashion District

Was not worth the cost - there was still food on the floor from the person before, and the bathroom light didn't shut off because of it's motion sensor, and room service stops at 11pm. Never will stay there again.

Liked: Front desk very helpful and nice.
Disliked: Dirty floors, really small room for expensive price, room service stop's at 11pm.

Good staff, Average room, great...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful answering questions without being condescending. The facilities like the downstairs restaurant and the gym were a nice touch. Also was able to get a complementary sign and small bottles of wine for my anniversary was very sweet and appreciated.
Disliked: I called ahead and asked about parking and they said there was parking available, when I arrived it turns out its a garage 3 blocks over. I don’t mind walking and I get it we are in NYC but why not let me know before I get there. Also I paid for early check in and ended up waiting for 2 hours and then got the regular check in time not trying to sound rude but if you pay for something I feel like you should be getting it.

Good value and location.

Liked: Good location. Room was decently sized for NYC. Room on higher level was re-done and pleasant. Was concerned about potential construction but didn’t hear or see anything. We got a good deal from genius, so feel like it was an excellent value.

Liked: Geat location next to Chelsea, Flatiron and Nomad.The room looked even better than the photos - very clean, comfortable and had a really close view of the Empire State <3 The staff helped booking a private shuttle to the Airport and service was great. Would definitely stay there again.
Disliked: Asked for a late checkout and was told they “don’t do late checkout on sundays”. Would like to at least have the option to pay for it regardless of the day.
