Hilton New York Fashion District

Was not worth the cost - there was still food on the floor from the person before, and the bathroom light didn't shut off because of it's motion sensor, and room service stops at 11pm. Never will stay there again.

Liked: Front desk very helpful and nice.
Disliked: Dirty floors, really small room for expensive price, room service stop's at 11pm.

Great location, comfortable stay

Liked: Great location, Ample counter space and cabinet to hang clothes, Comfy bed and good shower
Disliked: They are super strict with there refund policy - we just tried to cancel 1 night within hours of the cancellation period ending and they wouldn't budge. Just keep that in mind. Also we saw 1 bug crawling on the counter on arrival which made me nervous initially, but didn't see anymore after that.

I Would Stay There Again

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. There are numerous places to eat and shop nearby. The gym was adequate.
Disliked: The temperature control in the room didn’t work. Even if I turned it up to 78 or 80 degrees it remained cold. 2 staff members tried to help unsuccessfully. The “free breakfast” was very limited.

Disliked: Wasn’t very clean and no coffee cups. i’ve stayed in places cheaper than this which were a lot cleaner staff wasn’t as helpful as I thought they would be as a tourist visiting New York just felt like an inconvenience.
