Was not worth the cost - there was still food on the floor from the person before, and the bathroom light didn't shut off because of it's motion sensor, and room service stops at 11pm. Never will stay there again.

Liked: Front desk very helpful and nice.
Disliked: Dirty floors, really small room for expensive price, room service stop's at 11pm.

One night in NYC

Liked: The room was very good - all clean, comfortable bed, good water pressure and temperature in the shower, hair dryer, nice view. There are drawers and hangers, iron, ironing desk - we did not use those but it's good for a longer stay. There is a capsule coffee maker. The location of the hotel is perfect.
Disliked: I had some expectations about the rooftop bar, but it is not actually the roof, there is only a small open area, the rest is closed with a ceiling. The cocktail menu was quite short and with no classics. The hotel requests a deposit of $100 per room per night, and we could not see this requirement in advance. For us, with a short stay, it was ok, but I can imagine that this can be a problem for a longer stay with a non-refundable booking.

Liked: Very nice hotel. It looks new everything very well mainteined. Nice friendly staff. Very nice rooftop with beautiful views.
Disliked: All good.

Fantastic choise if you plan...

Liked: In my opinion everything was perfect. Location, room, valet service, delicious breakfast, rooftop bar great view. Just two streets from metro/subway line station.
Disliked: For me there wasn't anything that was wrong.

We had 10 nights here...

Liked: This hotel is in a Great location and the staff were friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was easy to use with consistent temperature with plenty of hot water. The room had good aircon. The cleaning staff were very accommodating as we sometimes left the room late, but the room was always made up on our return. The rooftop bar has a great view too.
Disliked: A few minor niggles only. No drinking glasses in the room, just paper cups. We were advised by reception that the in-house bar would give us some, but when we asked they declined and told us they were a separate business from the hotel. The rooftop bar is also a separate business so we could not charge to our room. The sound insulation between the room and corridor is not good and we were woken at 2am by very noisy guests (on a Tuesday)

Cockroach in my bathroom absolutely...

Liked: Location was good and I was able to order room service.
Disliked: There was a cockroach in my bathroom at 6am, massive thought it was a mouse at first, ran in cupboard. Rang reception they said they would send some one up to sort it but I was too tired too care. I checked out few hrs later. My room 1805 for any upcoming guests keep a look out.

Disliked: Extremely noisy aircon and an annoying and loud alarm at 05:30 from an empty room next door
