The view from our room was amazing even though we were only on the 4th floor. Had a perfect view of NYC. We were only there for one night to see a show but overall the experience was great. I would just never use their shuttle service again if I ever returned.
Liked: The room was amazing and the view was fantastic. Plus, the staff was very courteous when we first arrived - they even called to make sure our room was satisfactory about 10 minutes after we checked in.
Disliked: Used their shuttle to our show and ended up standing out in the cold for 45 minutes trying to catch one to get back. The person never parked in the same spot so even though we were first in line 3 times, we didn't run fast enough to make it. Tried to call the hotel and couldn't get through.

I booked to go see a Giants game. I understand the devastation of huricane Sandy but I called ahead 3 days and was told that they had power heat and no issues. I arrived on Sunday to find out they had no power and no heat. I am just upset that I drove 300 miles to find out I was lied to. They did not even offer to give me a discount.
Disliked: I don't expect to be lied to.

Liked: Everyone on their staff always had a smile and were very customer-focused, making you feel like you were at home instead of a cold hotel.

Liked: The lobby was nice. Beds comfortable. Otherwise...NOTHING!
Disliked: This was my worst Hilton stay EVER!! Staff were subpar. First night (6/21) staff were ok but seemingly a bit overwhelmed. Second night (6/22) service was poor as I called for towels and had to call back after 30 mins to ask again. Both nights we had to call for wash cloths and towels. After which they only brought TWO wash cloths for a room that sleeps four. There was only one in the room to begin with. The young man who brought the cloths (night 2) appeared to be real lazy and unenthused. For a supposed "renovated" room it was very dated. Extremely old, nasty-looking ugly green carpet. Old bathroom tiles and design. Looked NOTHING like the renovation displays that are posted throughout the hotel. The phone in the room was completely inoperable. One entire wall socket was coming out of the wall. Hair in the bathroom. It was just a really poor experience. Not at all what I am used to with HILTON and totally not worth the almost $400 paid for a two-night stay! At a HILTON!! Very disappointed and unlikely that we'll stay at this location EVER again!!!

Would stay again, knowing what...
Liked: The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very comfy and just a beautiful hotel.
The entrance was just mouth opening.
Disliked: It really surprised me how to get around to get to the met stadium or anywhere.

Liked: Staff was very nice. The location was perfect. So close to MetLife stadium.
Disliked: The shuttle we had to pay for and hotel didn?t have control over it. Rooms are outdated but were clean.
