Pleasant
Liked: Very good location.The staff was very polite and welcoming, which we really appreciated.Breakfast was good, and we also enjoyed the dinner at the hotel restaurant.Our room was spacious enough.The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient.
Disliked: The hotel facilities feel quite outdated.The safe in our room was broken, which was inconvenient.The sound isolation was very poor, making it difficult to rest The bathroom and the carpets in the room did not appear properly clean.

Very comfortable stay
Liked: Beds were so comfy. Fridge, water, coffee and tea in room. Concierge service was great

Liked: Good service - the staff member Hady was incredibly helpful and welcoming!
Disliked: Minor room issues - sometimes noise heard of neighbours late at night, or squeaky bathroom tap - but no major concerns overall.

Don’t take the old building...
Liked: The new building and staff are friendly
Disliked: In the hotel there are 3 buildings building a is new but the others are old the room is not comfortable the bed are old but building a is new

Very poor
Liked: The location was excellent, very close to Paddington train station and just a short walk from Oxford Street, which made getting around the city really convenient. The building itself was impressive, and my room on the 22nd floor offered an amazing view of the city.
Disliked: Check-in took around 30 minutes, which was quite frustrating. While I understand and appreciate that the staff take time to be friendly and engage with guests, it might be better to choose the right moment for casual conversations, especially when other customers are waiting in line.The biggest issue for me was the electricity in the room. None of the power sources worked, so I couldn't charge my phone, or most importantly, charge my laptop and get any work done, which is essential when you're traveling for business. I was told an engineer would come within 10 minutes, but after waiting for 2 hours and it being already 1:00am, he never showed up.
