Liked: Comfy beds, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff on reception and door.
Disliked: Television didnt work, asked for this to be fixed, but they just replaced the remote.Bathroom, hair from a previous guest was found around the bath overlow and around the sink.Hand wash and conditioner had run out, contacted guest services, then tried to ask the maid service, ended up with more hand lotion and shampoo(!?)Surly concierge.
