Liked: It's located right next to a tube station and right opposite Hyde Park so the location is definitely a bonus. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Disliked: I checked out on June 2nd, and it’s now been over a month, yet I still haven’t received my deposit!!! I was informed by the front desk that the refund would be processed within 4 to 7 working days!!

Worst hotel
Liked: The location wasn’t bad
Disliked: The room was dirty. There was hair in my bed. I requested a power converter and they did not provide one. I also requested earplugs because there was very loud traffic and roadwork outside of my room, not to mention that my room was located near a linen closet and staff kept coming and going from that closet all day and night. The hotel staff was unable to provide anything that I needed.

Disliked: Room service stops at 10.30pm with no 24 hour option a bit early if you are staying having visited an event and need that light night snack before bed

Liked: Being the member of Hilton honors i was upgraded to a King room with a huge and comfortable bad, which was appreciated, but i regret the "view" on the backdoors court of the hotel. Still the room was spacious for London standards, quite small bathroom but again for London its ok. The breakfast had a very decent choice, everything i tried was tasty.The room was clean, very nice quality of shower gel, shampoo, soap, even tooth kit was available which is quite rare in the hotels now a days. Re location, 10 min walk from Paddington station and literally next to tube station. 2 bottles of water available in the room (still and sparkling) on arrival, as well as a compliment of biscuits.Digital key for my room through Hilton honors app is really practical, i recommend!
Disliked: Quite bad isolation, you could hear people walking and speaking in the corridors, but again its quite commun for London.There is 1 thing i particularly did not appreciate is to be pushed by the staff (front desk) to rate them 9 or 10 on my review and to mention their name. I truly believe that you should not tell your clients how to rate you and let them the liberty to make their own choice after their stay. This is pity because if the person would not insist so hard i would mention the name by myself as indeed, the service was good, but in the end of the day, it was as good as i could expect from a 4 star Hilton anywhere in the world, nothing more.This is the only point why i did not put 10 out of 10 as global note.
