Disliked: Room decor untidy and badly damaged in places.

Find a better place

Liked: Near Hyde Park and next door to Queensway station so accessibility is their best advantage
Disliked: Poor value for money! Too expensive for a low season! Housekeeping took forever to come, promised to solve the problem and never came back!! Also housekeeping staff are too loud talking in the corridor.

Dissapointing for the price and...

Liked: Bathtub was nice and big but didn't drain so we had to request help.
Disliked: Mobility in the hotel was bad as my sister was in a wheelchair and there were steps everywhere, the elevator could barely fit us both.

Liked: Efficient and pleasant staff. Room very good,spacious and all in good condition.Position of the hotel ideal for our requirements.
