Exceptional

Great Location, Friendly Staff.

Liked: Pool/Gym facilities. Easy on site parking. Easy walk to mall over the road ! Staff very friendly. Starbucks onsite :-)
Disliked: Nothing that I can think off. Great Stay. Thanks so much.

Over priced hotel, that hasn't...

Liked: the staff were mostly very friendly
Disliked: Where to start, no help with luggage, no lift for luggage, the door didn't fit the door frame, the curtains didn't fit the windows, no plug sockets by the bed, the only usb port didn't work. No temp control. The room rate was expensive but you had to pay in addition for parking. I purchased water from the bar, they had no large bottles so charged me £9 for 3 small ones. Sink plug didn't work. It was like a cheep motel with hotel prices. Awful.

A convenient break

Liked: The pool was a great way to start a day

Passable

Liked: All we wanted was somewhere comfortable to sleep for 1 night. The room was a very good size and the bed was comfortable. Checked in late and left after breakfast so didn't use any facilities but had everything we needed. The staff were all very friendly and breakfast was delicious although we weren't in a rush as lots of things ran out and we had to wait for it to be refilled. Was well worth the wait though.
Disliked: The noise! I read reviews commenting about the walls being paper thin but I thought it would be ok for 1 night as we are heavy sleepers. We didn't account for the parties in bedrooms and the corridor. Children running up and down between rooms, slamming doors until 1am. The children then went to bed and the parties began in rooms. I was told someone from the hotel would speak to them at 2:30am. The noise quietened in the corridor but continued in rooms from 2:50am until 4am. It began again at 6:30am. It didn't help there is a connecting door between rooms and the party next door kept banging on this door. I kept getting up to check it was definitely locked from our side so they couldn't get in. It has put me off staying again, I will be looking for somewhere quieter without a connecting door so I can actually get some sleep!

It’s not a 4 start...

Liked: Only good the pool , and breakfast and breakfast stuff.
Disliked: It’s a very old hotel with old furniture, doors and all . It was not cleaned, it doesn’t look like 4 star hotels. It’s very poor standard. Only good in it big pool and the breakfast and the breakfast stuff. We go so disappointed with the hotel. It’s bad for the Name of Hilton .The bathroom was 10/0 very bad , she shower curtain was horrible. Please remove the 4 star ⭐..

Not somewhere I would stay...

Liked: Close to the wedding I was attending.
Disliked: Unfortunately this hotel was not as expected. I booked a queen room, the pictures of this on booking.com compared to real life were worlds apart. The rooms in this hotel are servilely neglected! The carpet in my room was so worn, old and stained that I did not take my shoes off. The bed was rock hard and the pillows were as thin as paper. We didn’t use the TV as the remote looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a number of years. The desk was broken and had a hole inside. There were dirt marks on the walls and curtain. I would not describe this as a 4 star hotel. I went down to reception to raise my concerns, to which they told me that all the rooms are the same. I didn’t feel clean or comfortable in this hotel. The bathroom floor was also stained and dated. I asked reception if they had bottled water for the room, they didn’t. I strongly advise people against staying here. There are other hotels for a similar price that will make you feel more comfortable.
