Very good

It was a nice hotel,...

Liked: The rooms were nice and comfortable, breakfast was great and pool was good
Disliked: Found evening reception staff unhelpful and didn’t know what they were doing seemed very confused. Kept getting room number wrong whilst trying to book breakfast even when pointed out he argued it wasn’t the wrong room number and charged us twice staff in morning admitted he had put wrong room number still Awaiting refund.

Liked: The gym, swimming pool, location
Disliked: could have been a little cleaner our room as one of teh cupboards had not been cleaned out and had a load of rubbish in it and the shower was not as clean as it could have been

Disliked: Room has a funny smell, carpet filthy and bed was broken and allIt did was creek every time we moved on the bed.Room 188

Bed of my dreams

Liked: I have honestly never slept in a more comfortable bed, and the pillows were unbelievable. Loved the large desk area in the room as well as a nice seating area. Crabtree and Evelyn products in bathroom were very nice.
Disliked: Doing a refurb so there are a few spots in the hallways that were a little tatty but when they are done, it will be amazing.

If it wasn’t for work...

Liked: the breakfast was the only decent part about my stay.
Disliked: I was on the ground floor overlooking the carpark, the main light didn’t work, the window had no privacy netting so getting ready meant in the dull lighting from the bedside lamps. The bedding was ripped. I was in a room very close to where the washing machines were going all night, it was incredibly loud.The wifi was shocking, unless you want to pay £15 for the premium one.They message you to check in on your stay, but give no resolution to any issues, quite unhelpful.Hotel has potential to be lovely, in need of a Reno!
