Liked: The hotel was very nice, we enjoyed the gym and pool
Disliked: The reception staff weren't helpful. We left a pair of headphones behind but the staff weren't able to give them to us when we returned later to pick them up.They initially offered to post them to us free of charge, but then charged us to arrange collection, they then didn't give the headphones to the courier, so we still haven't had them back.

Great stay

Liked: Generally nice room and comfy bed, we loved the spa wasn't busy as we thought it was going to be.
Disliked: Was cold in the room even with the heater on, think the windows need replacing so cold doesn't come in room. Bathroom was a little outdated. There was confusion between the spa staff and receptionist whether we could use spa after check out. Reception said I could book in to use it after checkout.. So we were a little disappointed we nearly got turned away from using the spa facilities 4 minutes after checking out. But they allowed us in the end. It was Easter Sunday so it would have left us with nothing to do since all shops are closed.
