Liked: Amazing friendly welcoming staff and leisure facilities. Clean rooms and comfy beds spacious rooms would happily book again.
Disliked: More halal options should be considered for breakfast we settled with pastries. The egg omlette was a bit runny...

Disliked: Rooms could do with some TLC.Many news papers stashed under the sofa not been removed by house keepers. Sofa was in poor condition. Paying for car parking when you have paid to stay is not ideal.

Liked: location of hotel was great for our needs
Disliked: bathroom had a very bad smell in it and there wasn't enough towels. after ringing housekeeping for over 20 minutes without an answer, i went to reception to find staff.The curtains in the room were disgusting and had no inner voile therefore they couldn't be opened due to being on full view to everybody sat out in the beer garden. our curtains had to remain fully closed for the duration of our stay for privacy.Had to pay extra for parking.
