Liked: Ground floor locationThe layout of the bedroom especially the desk area.
Disliked: I was checked into a bedroom that had not been cleaned after the last guest checked out. The television is not a smart television so you cannot access Netflix or movie channels.

Liked: Swimming pool and spa services even though it opened late on Saturday
Disliked: Poor acoustics in rooms very close to the highway Restaurant offered mainly burgers and pizzas more menu variety should make sense

Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that a friend of our booked the same room but got free breakfast included in the booking.I have to pay an extra £40 for breakfast

Disliked: There were many issues wrong with the room itself, the main issue was that I slipped in the early hours due to a leak from the toilet, the room door did not lock, my room tv kept switching off as well as no plug for the bath tub.All the issues were reported to reception which I was told a manager would contact me but no one did, very disappointing.
