Would stay again but staf...

Liked: It was all very comfortable.
Disliked: The staff were lovely but there were not many of them doing many jobs. For a group of us there was one bar person at the Langton and no one seemed to be at the main bar. Also on check in money was taken for breakfast and again at check out?

It served the purpose but...

Liked: The foyer was good, and it was nice to have a swimming pool
Disliked: We were told we hadnt booked breakfast when we had, we were not notified in advance there were additional parking charges and the bathrooms were tired and not very clean

How the mighty has fallen

Liked: It’s difficult to like something that failed in so many ways
Disliked: No hair dryer in the room No hot water on 2 separate day Sofa bed was a leather chair with a sheet put on it.Family’s can’t use the pool until after 0900hrs Beds were very hold and incredibly hard and uncomfortable.Mould found on the walls in the bathroom.

Liked: We stayed at the Hilton over night for my birthday treat and also we had to go for our wedding food tasting evening to choose for our forthcoming wedding breakfast that's included in our wedding package .I just want to shout out the chef Adrian your food you made was amazing thankyou we were so happy with our choices.Overall the staff at the Hilton are very friendly and accommodating to our needs .Breakfast was really good too .See you in June
Disliked: The hotel was supposed to be doing some changes in the foyer and the rooms updating things I don't think this has been started yet
