Liked: Clean; spacious.
Disliked: Check-in staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Room was cold. The shower water was never hot. The sink ran so long I gave up and brushed my teeth in cold water. There were no robes for the pool. I was told at booking, breakfast was included. Not so. I was told at booking the parking across the street was $10/day. Not true. I expected more from the Hilton.

Everything was very nice and clean and staff very helpful. Probably the best part was how large the suites are. It was so convenient to everything. I will book this hotel again if we are back in Indy.

Liked: The rooms are very large and comfy.
Disliked: 120 West restaurant was way too slow in getting our meal. We could have been late for our concert and we had allowed plenty of time.

Liked: The location was perfect! The staff was very nice!
Disliked: Our air conditioning wasn't working very well, someone came to look at it but nothing got fixed. Our room stayed at 74 or above during very hot summer weather. The coffee pot in the room had mold in it.

Liked: We had a great stay! Perfect location to walk anywhere downtown. The valet staff made a great first impression and suggested great places to eat. Great place to stay for easy walk to Helium Comedy Club as well. It was great!

Excellent except for the check...

Liked: It was beautiful and close to the IU Methodist Hospital. The restaurants were clean, the food was and delicious.
Disliked: I didn’t like the check in process. I paid at the front desk and the card reader said that my payment was approved but the hotel computer said that there was no record of my payment which made my check take over 2 hours. I had to contact my bank which showed that the hotel charges had been deducted from my checking account.

Good comfy hotel with location...

Liked: Location, restaurant on site, big room, comfy bed. Staff were nice.
Disliked: Somehow a glitch added my middle name to my last name, so we initially could not find my reservation. The drains we very loud above my bathroom and would go off every few minutes. Not sure if it was a chronic problem or not, but it was distracting.
