See above.
Liked: Clean; spacious.
Disliked: Check-in staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Room was cold. The shower water was never hot. The sink ran so long I gave up and brushed my teeth in cold water. There were no robes for the pool. I was told at booking, breakfast was included. Not so. I was told at booking the parking across the street was $10/day. Not true. I expected more from the Hilton.

Everything was very nice and clean and staff very helpful. Probably the best part was how large the suites are. It was so convenient to everything. I will book this hotel again if we are back in Indy.
Liked: The rooms are very large and comfy.
Disliked: 120 West restaurant was way too slow in getting our meal. We could have been late for our concert and we had allowed plenty of time.

Disliked: Breakfast had no variations, only american style with no sign of vegetables at all. Fitness and pool is not good. Outdated facilities.

Superb
Liked: The Hotel was clean, peaceful, and within walking distance of all the attractions and events.
Disliked: We arrived late. We notified the Hotel, but when we arrived, our reservation was marked as a no-show. However, the Hotel staff was helpful in correcting the situation and getting us accommodated.

Liked: The included breakfast buffet was amazing both mornings the beds were spectacular comfortable king the bartender in not the steakhouse but the other bar was amazing. Her name was Gina. We were within walking distance of Gainbridge field to see our very first game of the Indiana fever. We travelled 10 hours from Toronto Canada after having a reservation at another hotel that was unbearable. I’ve always maintained Hilton hotels are one of the best and in future if I ever do come back to the United States from Canada, I will only book Hilton, but with the politics going on between the United States and Canada, we don’t see us travelling back there anytime soon, however in Canada, we always stay at Hilton and we always will. The location of the Hilton in downtown Indianapolis was architecturally, beautiful, great restaurants , very nice people , very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And I would just like to give mention to the valet boys specifically a boy named Zack who was there Saturday from 4 PM until I last saw him at 11 PM and was back there again at 10 AM to retrieve my car the next morning and absolute gentlemen was standing in the rain and no complaints. What a wonderful wonderful man I would hope that he would get a little bit of acknowledgement from a Canadian 10 hours away that this kiddo made us feel so very, very welcome.
Disliked: The only thing that I could say could’ve been better was upon getting to our room the blinds would not open so we could not see outside where we were. And luckily, I’m pretty tech savvy at 60 and was able to scan the information that was a sticker on the nightstand to find out about information. There was no paper to write on no pen, like the old days , and I just felt that if anybody that was not using cell phones or text savvy and just wanted to browse through a binder or information that used to be readily available in your room to see or things to do or local things to see, apparently they are no longer supplied by Hilton . pen and paper would’ve been more helpful, especially to the elderly so technology I don’t feel is fair to elderly people that don’t know how to scan or know where to go what to do what to see what to eat without being able to just open The book. not just unfair to elderly, but to even newcomers or immigrants not everybody has a cell phone these days, And not just the elderly, but I miss not being able to see a Bible in the room or a piece of paper and a pen to leave a note for the cleaning staff or thank you. That was probably my only complaint.

It was great, no complaints!
Liked: Everything went well! Our stay was brief but fantastic! The staff was friendly and helpful. Blaine, with the Valet service, was great, I enjoyed talking with him. As your valet service is the first line of greeters, we appreciated their help!
