Disliked: People were smoking in the upper floors. You could smell it in the hallways.Overall room was very dirty and the sheets stained

Liked: Loved that the front desk was accommodating and kind as I checked in late in the evening.
Disliked: the elevators took a while, we were not informed they were down, but it definitely slowed us down on getting to our dance sessions in the mornings and evenings,

Burned myself in the shower...

Liked: A good bed and a very decent breakfast
Disliked: Apparently there was a problem with the showers/ plumbing in the hotel. There was no cold water available and that means that the shower got boiling hot. I went to the reception and complained about it (I burned myself) and they didn’t respond to it at all. He knew about the problem, but never felt the urge to warn guest about it. Besides dangerous also the opposite of service.

Liked: The room looked nice.
Disliked: The rampant amount of prostitutes, every thing around it being closed due to robberies according to the police officer I flagged down to ask. Apparently, the Greenpoint area is know as “Gunpoint” for all the crime and shootings. Given the criminal element visible to my own eyes, I opted for my wife and I to check out and leave. I would love for someone from Hilton corporate to see what I saw tonight. This makes a mockery of your star ratings. What is a three star? Sodom?
