Superb

Disliked: That I wasn’t given my breakfast pass and we wasn’t about to eat when I did pay for it in my stay. Staff should be more aware

Comfortable, clean and fun

Liked: Loves that we could see the NYC skyline from our room. We liked the restaurant/bar as well.
Disliked: Didn’t like that my mirror didn’t light up in my bathroom and the pillows deflated to almost completely flat

Disappointed for a Hilton hotel

Liked: Front doors did not slide open in the evening. The door did not open with the key, I had to go back downstairs to be told to lift the handle this happens ….The carpet in the bedroom was damaged and should have been replanted (room 410). The beds were not comfortable. In the morning, we missed breakfast by 5minutes, maybe a good thing because there was work being done on a window by the restaurant while it was less than 24 degrees F.
