Superb

Liked: Amazing location, customer service which made for a great vacation!!
Disliked: Squishy sounds of the floor in our room. I assume from the moisture when it's hot. It does look like it was repaired to some degree but very loud.

Very clean loved the suite...

Liked: It was close to the beach nice views loved the pool
Disliked: I had lost a beach rug and when I went to customer service to ask if someone had found it they just brushed me off without helping or asking description of the item
