Hilton Garden Inn Wilkes Barre

The hotel staff was welcoming and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean. We were comfortable there despite Covid-19.

Disliked: Nothing was negative.

We had such an excellent stay and all of the staff was wonderful. Sam was fabulous taking us to the casino and returning for us. Both of the women at the desk were very knowledgable and aided us with places we wished to go. Myself, my husband and our friends who stayed with us were very pleased with all that was done for our stay. I can guarantee we will return there for a longer stay and attend more hockey games.

Liked: Excellent staff. We arrived early and they were kind enough to check us in early without any added fees. The staff was very friendly and accommodating during checkout too. I can’t say enough good things.

Disliked: The pillows were the worst pillows I’ve ever used. The toilet didn’t flush properly. There were crumbs on the one chair. The front desk person should not tell guests their room number out loud when checking in, huge safety issue
