Liked: I liked that it was so close to the concert venue my partner and I were going to.
Disliked: Key card wouldn't work to open underground garage gate. They take $50 up front for "incidentals" and refund it in 2-6 business days. Wasn't able to purchase merch at the show because of that. Wasn't stated in ANY booking information. Garage is small and treacherous to get out of. I'm already paying you $140 for the room, why should I also have to pay for parking?!?! Also the rooWill never book here again.

Liked: This was the first time my daughter and I traveled without my husband, so staying at this hotel was perfect for us. The security of the hotel made us feel very safe. The location was great because it was near the venue we were going to and parking was great!
Disliked: The only issue we had was there weren't enough towels in our room. There was only the two of us but there was only one wash towel.
