A bit frustrating

Disliked: I booked online and they couldnt find my reservation when I arrived so I went to a nearby hotel. They billes me anyway.

A very nice property with...

Liked: The room was great. Comfy bed. Front desk young lady was very nice.
Disliked: There is a terrible smell at this property. Sewer gas /toilet smells throughout the hotel. An ozone air cleaner might help. But it's horrible. Would not recommend even though it's a very nice property.

Other than the breakfast episode,...

Liked: THe hotel room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast--for one thing there is no reason to be charging for breakfast--most hotels include breakfast especially considering the price you are chargin for the hotel. Secondly, I had not idea the breakfast wasn't included until I got a bill of $20 laid on my table, which is a ridiculous price. Thirdly, there was only one staff out there in the breakfast area and I had to ask for a glass of water and service.
