I could say it was a bit pricy, but considering that this is Manhattan it should go without saying that any decent hotel will be expensive, so I will not count that as a negative point. Among the positive points: it is in a great location, the room was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, the staff was friendly (so much so that the bellman practically grabbed the luggage cart out of my hands when he saw me starting to push it, because he wanted to help me with it...of course, I'm sure the fact that me doing it myself meant that he wouldn't get a tip had nothing to do with it - ha, ha!). I can't think of anything negative to say, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I loved this hotel and the perfect location - it was to everything that we wanted to do in New York City for the weekend. Staff were very attentive and Larry was wonderful at making suggestions for restaurants nd tours. Would come back again in a heart beat.

Disliked: First night the shower just took quite a bit of time to heat up.

Liked: Breakfast was only a cup of warm tea, no honey available and a cold white muffin that couldn't be heated. Bad!
Disliked: I spoke to the front desk about availability of a charge cord. They said they would get back to me and never did. I brought it to their attention again the next morning.

Superb location, clean and modern!

Liked: Location is super convenient, close to Times Square and broadway. Room is clean, modern the beds are very comfortable. Most importantly the staffs are very helpful.
Disliked: Room is relatively compact which is typical for NYC, only wished there were one or two chairs in the room to sit on, rather than having to sit in bed all the time. Not a big problem at all.

Liked: Location. Sq footage for value. Pleasant staff all around.
Disliked: The strike plate on the bathroom door was sticking out so sometimes the door had to be adjusted to close and the temp of the water in the shower would go from really hot to cool without moving the knob. (Rm 1212, did not report this issue b/c fairly insignificant)

Liked: The location was 3 mins walking to Times Square, the back rooms were quiet we didnt feel any noise. There were hydrating stations for drinking water.
Disliked: First of all, our credit card was charged at 2:00 am although we paid the room rate in advance and placed 100$ deposit per night. After checking with the reception several times and they insisted nothing was charged, the manager informed us the amount was charged by mistake and it’s so strange. The amount was returned but it affected our travel budget as it takes time. The same thing happened to my friend as well and higher amounts were charged and it took more than 10 days for it to return. The frustrating thing is the stuff could not explain this issue and some were rude to us.
