Disliked: I didn't sleep well. Too much noise door slamming next door. Music with bass vibration outside

Liked: The location is really good, the check in process was fast . they have luggage storage for you when you check out , which is great . the guy at the door helped us order a taxi to the airport .
Disliked: When we arrived no one helped us with the luggage that we had to carry them to the lobby for check in, they didin't provide water in the room that you had to go down at the reception to ask for water . There was no hot water for shower we had to call maintenance they told us it take time to get hot water which took almost everytime 30 min or more for hot water, crab and go for each room per day 10$ but most of the stuff is very expensive either 8 $ 6$ or 12$ so you won't be able to use 10$ either to pay extra , i recommend to add stuff with these prices 6$ 4 $ . the room is small you barely can storage your luggage .

The Perfect NYC Stay

Liked: The location is absolutely perfect. The main point of our trip was to see a Broadway show, and the hotel is located directly across the street from the back entrance to our theater. It was an ideal location for all the other activities we wanted to do as well. The rooms were much bigger than most hotels I've stayed in NY before. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be booking here the next time I come to town for a show. Or even just a bagel!
Disliked: The price was comparable to the location, but was worth every penny.

Liked: I love the location of the hotel. It is in the heart of the city and close to the shops and Broadway shows. The rooms are super cozy, clean and the staff are always helpful!
Disliked: One of the elevators was not working, causing the service of the other two elevators to be slow. There were long waits for the lift everyday of my stay.
