Liked: The breakfast was excellent, and the room had amenities that I was not expecting, such as a small refrigerator and microwave. It also offered an iron and hair dryer, which are not commonly included these days. The room itself was very pleasant and the bathroom was fine. I was attending an event at a country club in Andover and drove in from NW CT. In terms of proximity to my destination in Andover and proximity to highway 495, it could not have been better.
Disliked: I didn't spend much time in my room other than to sleep, but the view of the air conditioning units was not my favorite, although I was on the highest floor and they weren't directly outside.

Liked: Convenient, clean.
Disliked: The check-in clerk did not give me his full attention, was not friendly nor unfriendly. Just did the necessaries. Also, for the price, breakfast should be included, not an add-on.

Disliked: Our bathroom ran out of toilet paper and there was any extra for back up. So we had to go to the front desk for some.
