The beds were comfortable and the hotel staff is both friendly and helpful!

Disliked: The only disappointing feature was that the Hilton Garden Inn doesn't offer a shuttle to the nearby ampitheater. They used to do so. Website still says that a shuttle service is available, but it's not.

We went to Lady Antebellum concert and took the shuttle provided at hotel. Very convenient. Had a great time.

Liked: Staff, room and property were great.
Disliked: No bar.

I booked this hotel because of the shuttle service to/from the amphitheater. When I checked in they said shuttle was only to the venue - we were on our own getting back! Cabs were not readily available to get back.

Disliked: Shuttle service is only one way!

Mildly disappointing.

Liked: The breakfast was good. The location was very close to attractions. The coffee and tea station in the morning was nice.
Disliked: The coffee maker in our room was broken. One treadmill at the gym was broken. I booked for four people and there were only two towels in the room. There was no USB charging port for any handhelds. We expected more, because of our good times at other Hilton properties.

Disliked: 3 night stay never had it cleaned after requesting twice.Hot breakfast was ridiculous it was buffet style but could not go up twice without being told you cannot have another link.. it’s either a buffet or not, don’t nickel and dime me after paying for the breakfast and charged $300 per night
