Liked: It was efficient, clean, modern and an excellent location with shuttle service to the Tampa airport. It offered a decent restaurant along with a diverse takeout section.
Disliked: I have no complaints.

My stay was very expensive...
Liked: The location was ideal for me to take an early flight.
Disliked: I made a reservation through Booking.comThe reservation was made for the same day check in. As I was finalizing the transaction the check in date changed to the day after I had selected. I had to rebook immediately and was not credited the initial payment I had just made. Hilton was paid twice and Booking.com got paid twice but I got burned due to a flaw in the on line system. Of course Hilton says it’s not the fault of Hilton. The staff at Hilton Garden Inn said they hate dealing with Booking.com, Trivago or any other on line service; Hilton has not cancelled the partnership with these entities and declines to help its guests if their is a problem or error. I think Hilton is not acting in good faith.
