Won't be back

Liked: The lobby was pretty.
Disliked: Parking cost $25, and the parking lot felt unsafe. The room needed a deep clean, the baseboards were grimy, the TV remote was sticky, nothing felt clean. I expected more from a Hilton.

Passable

Liked: It's a beautiful place.
Disliked: My room was given away and I was asked if I'd accept another room with a roll out bed. Took time to get the room I reserved and already paid for. Confusion. Staff was great though. The deposit that no other state asks for because California is so screwed up. Governor's fault, 100%, but annoying.
