Exceptional

Great space and location!

Liked: The location was perfect for a concert at The Factory! Very spacious room! Loved the little coffee/fridge station and the closet with tons of storage! Had a drink at the bar and the server was so nice.
Disliked: The La Marca Prosecco that was for sale was not cold. There should be some refrigerated so it's ready to go upon arrival if someone would like that.

Unfortunate and annoying

Liked: I liked that it was close to an exit.
Disliked: I did not like that the digital key worked and the card keys didn’t, locking us out.I did not like that there was:No bedding for the sofa bedNo body wash AT ALLA broken light hanging in the bathroomA broken picture on the wallA door that looked like it had been in a floodA ripped curtainAnd dirty tub base
