No housekeeping during my stay

Liked: Location, decor, staff, room, beds, parking.
Disliked: During my three nights there, housekeeping neglected to visit my room not even once. On the second day, I inquired at the front desk and was advised that housekeeping for each room is done every other day. I expected my room would be made up later the same day, but when I returned to my room later no housekeeping (no clean towels, garbage bins full, etc.

Liked: I called the hotel to ask about a hot tub, they failed to tell me the pool and exercise area was closed for remodel. I would not have stayed there knowing this.
