Liked: location to the ferry to NYC. the room was very clean and comfortable, which is why we have stayed here when in the area. close to local restaurants chains, plus free parking. overall a nice place to stay.
Disliked: seriously need to get new/different pillows for the beds. what might be good for someone else doesn't do it for us.

Liked: The room was spacious, clean, wonderfully sized bathroom, and TV came with a lot of channels. Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful at all times, and there was always someone at reception 24/7. We chose to stay here because it was the cheapest accommodation during the Christmas and NYE period to try and save money while we went back and forth to Manhattan, and it exceeded our expectations completely.
Disliked: It's not the most conveniently placed location. It's a bit of a walk to the nearest bus stop, and even further to get to restaurants, cinemas, and the closest Walmart/grocery is even further out. It would be better to have your own car. The gym facility was pretty disappointing and could hardly be called a gym.
