Was a really pleasant stay....

Liked: Our room was really clean and decorated really nicely. Location was perfect.
Disliked: Didn't really like that there was no fan in restroom and that the restroom door was a sliding door instead if a swinging door. Sliding door didn't close enough for privacy.

Excellent, responsive staff.

Liked: Very fair cancellation policies.

Liked: Very clean and exceptional staff

Liked: It had ample parking
Disliked: No soul, and there is a church meeting on there in Sunday. The church meeting is horrible.

Disappointing

Disliked: RUDE MANAGEMENT

THEY KEPT MY DEPOSIT

Liked: My overall stay was not bad. However, they overcharged me, and it's been 4 days, and I have not been able to contact anyone from management after multiple attempts.
Disliked: I was charged an additional $150 for a deposit and did not get refunded for it. They made up charges on my receipt as a revenue fee. I've tried to correct it for reimbursement, but I have not gotten ahold of the manager in the past 4 days. It seems very SKETCHY that there is never a manager on duty to take the call.
