Disliked: We booked for 4 nights via Booking.com. We called the hotel to tell them that we won't be checking in that night; the hotel told us to call Booking.com, we did so but the staff at Booking.com told us to call the hotel, so we did. On the second night when we checked in, the hotel staff told us that since we did not checked in the first night, the room was already given away and the hotel was full with no room for us; and they would not give us a refund for the remaining 3 nights.

Liked: everything was great. It was very handy to have a printer in the lobby so we could take care of some things we forgot.
Disliked: The room smelled slightly of smoke briefly, but I don’t think anybody had smoked in there. I think just a heavy smoker has been a guest for a few days before we arrived.
