Liked: Friendliness of some staff.
Disliked: What I didn't like was kids running up and down the hallways knocking on the room door and taking off running, I feel they should have postings on the wall on each floor letting parents and kids know this is unacceptable behavior ( they knocked on then the door at least 3 and 4 times up and down the hallways each time I opened the door they took off running, that's when I finally complained to the staff..

Disliked: Reception desk workers could be more friendly and accommodating.No USB ports in room!

Liked: At most hotels like Hilton, there is complimentary breakfast but not at this one. I was shocked that breakfast would cost me $18+. I was 1 of 3 guests in an elevator that was shocked that we had to pay $18 even if we just wanted a bowl of fruit as one guest mentioned. Very disappointing and very unexpected. The staff however was customer focused and I received excellent service from the serving staff where breakfast was served.
