Liked: The bed.
Disliked: Nothing.

I would definitely stay again. Overall it was a great experience.

Liked: The staff's friendliness.
Disliked: Loved it all.

Breakfast was tasty, however it was quite expensive on top of an already pricy hotel room. If breakfast had been included in the price of the room I would recommend the hotel to others.

Not sure it was worth the money, but given the opportunity I would stay again.

Liked: Safe; clean; nice desk staff; free shuttle; good amenities.
Disliked: The shuttle guy was a little rude; the breakfast was good, but don't put eggs and bacon out on display if I have to pay more to eat them; and paying for parking....

Disappointing

We stayed at this hotel...

Liked: The location is prime. We came into Omaha to attend an event at CHI Health Center, and the walk was easy and quick. We were also able to get to some great restaurants and Gene Leahy Park (a wonderful place to hang out!). All of the staff we spoke with were kind and helpful as well.
Disliked: It didn't seem like a great value for the price besides the location - continental breakfast cost $10 for a relatively small selection and parking was $22 a night. My boyfriend saw some stains on our sheets, and there was no fan in the bathroom which I felt was odd.

Liked: hostess at front desk at checkin

Fun but expensive

Liked: Good location. Good facilities
Disliked: Too many additional costs. Happy Hour didn’t really provide low costs on drinks and breakfast, while delicious, costs a lot.

Superb

Liked: Exactly what you would expect from a big hotel chain seconds from the venue we were staying at. Exceptionally clean, nice staff, and 10 dollar breakfast. Parking is steep but it's in a garage and easy access to and from the hotel.
Disliked: The price. I understand why, but booking 150 for a hotel room, only to get charged 200 plus an addition 4 dollars for no reason wasn't ok. Next time this happens I will dispute it at the desk. The price of the booking was 157 after tax and fees, 179 after parking and I was charged 200, and they tagged an extra 4 dollars(I didn't touch the water so if it was that boy that's not ok)
