Disliked: The bed, pillows, and chairs were extremely uncomfortable. The soap took forever to wash off. The toilet was low; I felt like I was going to fall on the floor when I sat down.

Disliked: The carpets were dirty as well as the couch was stained. The door to the room had a wet paint sign on it. they were unable to accommodate the rooms together and early check in which we requested. We were given the wrong wifi password.

Very poor

Disliked: Arrived around 3am and found out the hot water at the shower didn’t work. And the shower pressure was horrible. I understand that it’s typical airport hotel but I spend $200 for one night and no decent shower and no breakfast included

Comfortable

Liked: It’s very clean , very comfortable. Staff are always there to help when you need .
Disliked: No pool
