We were very unhappy, and...

Disliked: The air conditioning was broken. It was over 80 degrees in the room. We told the staff several times and it was not repaired. It was too hot to sleepThe lobby bathroom was dirty

Good

Liked: The staff was amazing! Friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: Our room faced the enormous outdoor television and the curtain in our room did not prevent the light for the outdoor tv flashing in our room when we went to bed and tried to fall asleep.

Liked: Staff was outstandingly helpful and down to earth.
Disliked: They put us into a 3rd floor room with an untasteful view looking into a rotting falling apart alley full of trash. The breakfast was definitely not worth the money, it was plain and we only had a few choices.

Liked: Location, cleanliness, staff service and cold breakfast buffet. Double Room size was decent.
Disliked: Room's AC unit was noisy and it made noise everytime it started. The hotel should definitely look into it. Rest everything was good.

I like to stay in...

Liked: I like the localization and the discount in Parking.
Disliked: Breakfast seems to be from the restaurant next door and isn´t good and expensive. The food isn´t good for the price. Is much better say to the guests to eat outside. Hilton is a good brandy.

Amazing Stay, Good Value

Liked: the breakfast was so good! the guys did an live ommelete everyday, was very good. Location is prime, very close to any park avenue office below grand central. It is also close to flat iron region, which makes it easy for good restaurants. Also, we requested for a microwave in the room and they delivered, helped a lot.
