Liked: Location allowing to reach many within walking distance. Very clean.
Disliked: Quite expensive

Liked: Room was decently sized, shower worked properly, very clean, felt safe, view from room was nice
Disliked: It would be nice if the room was bigger, but the room size wasn’t unexpected

Alright, but needs more tending.

Liked: The hotel has a great location, just 1 1/2 blocks from the Empire State Building and very close to 5th Ave, Broadway and Times Square.TV worked fine.Rooms in general are modern and nice.
Disliked: Room service was a bit odd. Some days they only cleaned parts of the room. For example they made only one of the beds. The other day they only cleaned the bathroom. They did not fill up the coffee for the coffee machine.The coffee machine only works with paper cups of the hotel, which is not explained plus isn’t good to protect the environment.The rooms are fairly small, but that’s normal, as it’s New York City.Coffee and hot water are available from 6 - 10 am, unfortunately not throughout the whole day.Toilet roll holder was loose, thus toilet roll rolled off, when in use.No lock for bathroom door.Lock of the door to the room didn’t close properly, unless pushed hard.Rooms are very dark. The light wasn’t very bright. The bathroom light in the mirror wasn’t bright enough to see your face up close properly (e.g. for shaving).
