Loved this hotel and plan to stay there again when visiting NYC. Close to theater district!

Just a place to crash...

Liked: Room seemed clean, provision of iron & ironing board was very helpful. Easy check-in and check-out. Proximity to metro. Good sunlight in the room.
Disliked: Pillows were extremely uncomfortable, both of us couldn't sleep all night. Space is very small for the amount charged. Substandard coffee in the room.

Perfect NYC Hotel!

Liked: Our original plan was to stay at another hotel next to the Hilton Garden, but we arrived to find that hotel room unsafe and in horrible condition. Panicking, we walked next door to the Hilton Garden and were greeted by very friendly staff who immediately assisted us in getting a room for the night. They saved our trip! Our Hilton Garden room was very clean, had everything we needed, and was in the perfect location for our Broadway show needs. The rooms are small (like all NYC hotel rooms), but we had an amazing view of the city and everything we needed for the night. Bed was very comfortable and everything was clean and what we needed. Room had plenty of towels, shampoo, soap, etc., which we really appreciated. Overall, it was an excellent stay.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was exactly what we needed for this trip!

The hotel staff we encountered...

Liked: Terrific location. Central t experiencing NYC and also within easy walking distance to subway and Path train lines. Right in the heart of midtwn manhattan.
Disliked: Rooms are a bit tight space wise but no big deal for us as we were out and about for much of our two day stay. Free breakfast and a pool to swim in would have been nice too.

Superb

Liked: Location was excellent. Subway entrance 50 metres away. Walking distance to Broadway and Times Square. Newark Airport Express Bus only a 10 minutes walk.
Disliked: Immediate vicinity was a bit dirty, possibly due to rooftop bar next door. Some rough sleepers around, too.
