Pleasant

Liked: Hotel is good, rooms are small but that’s NY. Bathroom fully renovated and very nice. Clean spot on. Staff nice and welcoming.They charge for water which i think nowadays it is ridiculous. Comfortable bed and pillows.
Disliked: Area not the best, a lot of homeless and very f up people laying in the street just outside the hotel, at night especiallyAs every other hotel in NY, you never get what you deserve for what you pay, but knowing this is how it is everywhere in NY, I still find this hotel acceptable althoughi have been in better ones.

Liked: Perfect location Staff friendly
Disliked: The amount of homeless people on the the street I know it’s New York and we walked plenty of streets but this street seemed to have a high volume of homeless
